Restoration Academy Prayer Requests 2026

The following are specific prayer requests from the teachers at Restoration Academy.

*Pray that I can meet the needs of each student in the way the Lord would have me meet them. Pray I listen to the Holy Spirit and follow his lead.  Pray I am able to communicate Christ's love with each one of them on a day to day basis.

*Pray that they would learn to servant leaders. I hope that they would learn to serve not because they are told to, but because Jesus served and they want to grow to be more like Him.

*For me to teach faithfully and true. For the students to understandingly in faith and truth receive the Gospel as good soil and live fruitful lives.

*Pray that students would have open hearts and minds to receive the love of God and that they would take to heart the things taught in SEL about thinking of others before themselves. Also that God would use the SEL lessons in the hearts of parents as well.

*Our students have a lot of anger management and healthy communication challenges. Please pray that they are open to receive and apply loving advice on how to better exercise self-control in stress, high-energy situations.

*Please pray that they grow confident in their abilities and strive to become the best students they can be. Also pray for our seniors and their plans after they graduate.

*Prayers for continued growth in the students, patience for me, and that the students will learn more about Jesus this year.

*Pray students come to know the Lord and for their excitement over the bible to continue to grow. Pray they continue to love one another well and develop lasting friendships with the students in our classroom.

* As far as prayers, please pray that I am able to hear and follow the Holy Spirit’s leading in how to handle any situation that comes up. Pray I am able to effectively teach each student to the best of my ability. I would like to be able to meet each child where they are and get them ready for the next grade. But more than anything, pray that I am able to pour into my students the love of Christ and am able to plant seeds that will grow and flourish for God’s glory.

*Please pray that our students will put forth the effort to study and be diligent about completing class work. Pray that I can teach them the skills they need to be successful in their math studies beyond.

*Pray that the biblical integration we do in our classrooms will enlighten our students hearts so that they will see God's love for them as well as what is true and right.

*I'm a first-year teacher so I'm learning a lot this year.  My biggest prayer request is that the students will see Jesus in me and feel His love and grace through my words and actions.  My second prayer request is that I will find the right motivators for each student to want to learn.  Most importantly, many of my students need Jesus.  They live in darkness but don't realize it.  Pray that they will trust Jesus and follow Him.  Pray for those who have a relationship but still try to live with one foot in the world instead of being light to those around them.

*Prayers for scholarships and funding for college for seniors and their futures. Protection from burnout/daily bread sustainability. Prayer for peace, comfort, and strength for students with trauma and abandonment as well as compounding depression and anxiety. Prayer for students who talk about being “too far gone for God” or “needing to get right” before can come to Him or to the church so I love to pray the lyrics to Come Ye Sinners :)

  • Planting seeds in elementary school

  • Budding growth in middle school

  • Flower production in high school and beyond

Please pray over all of the seniors, their calling, their future, and their families. Pray that God reveals where they are all supposed to be next year and that God makes their paths straight.  Pray for multiplied scholarship dollars!

*Increase in intrinsic motivation, cooperation, study habits, mental and spiritual strength

*Pray for some things my kids have been dealing with this year..loss of family members, bullying,  etc and for discernment and words of encouragement to convey to them to lift their spirits and to know I'm supportive of them and God is with them always.

*Please pray for endurance through the end of year!

*Please pray for wisdom, patience, and creativity as I teach math this year, especially in helping students who struggle with confidence. Please also pray for a calm, encouraging classroom environment, that my students would grow not only in their math skills but also in perseverance, resilience, and a sense of belonging. And pray for energy and joy for me throughout the year, so I can show up well for each student, every day.
